All Living Trill products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partner, Printful.
Processing Time:

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days after fulfillment.

Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days after fulfillment.

Delivery times may vary during holidays, sales events, or carrier delays.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders may ship from different fulfillment centers depending on product type and availability.
Order Issues & Damaged Items
At Living Trill, quality and satisfaction come first. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is custom-made when you order it, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, fit, or buyer’s remorse.
Please review size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
We can only replace items that are:

Misprinted
-
Damaged in transit

Defective upon arrival
If an item qualifies for replacement, we’ll resend the product free of charge or issue store credit.
Wrong Address
If you entered an incorrect or insufficient address, and the shipment is returned to our facility, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs after providing the correct address.
Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
Unclaimed Packages
Packages that go unclaimed or are returned due to failed delivery attempts will be donated or recycled after 30 days. Refunds are not available in these cases.
Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
